Greenhouse

Greenhouse Restaurant, located in a hotel in West Chester, OH, is a proposal for an all-vegetarian dining experience for travelers and local Cincinnatians. The project was an exploration of how to create a restaurant that not only serves hotel guests, but acts as a destination establishment by catering to a specific customer that is looking for a fresh, "green" dining experience.
